Shop Policies

​All sales are final. However, if you find an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. I package my stained glass pieces with a great deal of care and thoroughly inspect each piece before shipping.

 

​​My goal is to accurately photograph finished pieces, but please keep in mind that each monitor differs, as such, colors and/or textures may vary.

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays, with the exception of holidays. All US orders are shipped with USPS with tracking. I will supply you with the tracking information, once the shipping label is printed. (Please note that at this time, I only ship within the United States.)

For custom and commissioned pieces, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required. The remaining 50% balance will be due at the time of shipping.
